ZTE launches Blade D2 with 4,000 mAh battery
Chinese smartphone maker ZTE has launched the budget smartphone Blade D2 in Vietnam. The device has been priced at VND 2,690,000 and is available in Vietnam only.
It features a 5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) resolution IPS display and runs Android 5.0 Lollipop. The device is powered by a quad-core Mediatek MT6735P SoC, clocked at 1.0 GHz paired with 1 GB of RAM. It has 8GB of internal storage which can be expanded further up to 64GB using a microSD card.
The Blade D2 features a 5-megapixel primary camera with LED flash along with a 2-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies. The device comes with a massive 4,000 mAh battery which is great as the hardware of this device is not so power-hungry.
Connectivity options include 4G LTE (with Indian Band), Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0, GPS and Micro-USB connectivity. The manufacturer also claims that the smartphone can also be used as a battery charger for other devices. The ZTE Blade D2 measures 144×69.5x8mm and weighs 155 grams.
Last month ZTE launched the Blade V7 and the Blade V7 Lite smartphones at the Mobile World Congress 2016. Pricing details of these smartphones has not been revealed but they will be available in Spain, Ethiopia, South Africa and Mexico from this year.
