Yelp announces Yelp for Business Owners app for business owners
Yelp has announced today a new tool for businesses, called “Yelp for business owners”. Yelp for business owners is made to help business ownes engage with customers in a better way and to help owners manage their reputation. Designed for iOS and Android, the app is ready for use and can be installed from respective application stores. Those using the app can also track visitor engagement, send private message or public comments to customers, respond to enquiries and also view reports on ad clicks (for advertisers).
