Xolo Q1001 announced, dual SIM and 5 inch display for Rs. 6199
Xolo, a brand of Lava, has announced a new entry level Android smartphone in India. In a website-only announcement, the Xolo Q1001 was shown off and the specs were revealed. The Indian company has announced that the Xolo Q1001 will cost Rs. 6199, although availability online wasn’t announced.
The Xolo Q1001 comes with dual SIM support as is common in budget and even mid-range phones these days in India. There will be a 5 inch display and a quad core MediaTek processor to keep things running smoothly. Disappointingly, the Xolo Q1001 will still come with Android 4.4 KitKat.

While Xolo hasn’t revealed any availability information, sources say that the Xolo Q1001 will soon be available in local retail stores across the country.
