Battery calibration is a process that makes battery send the right stats to the phone. Sometimes, Android’s battery stats gets corrupted and fails to send the right battery stats (like battery left) to phone’s OS. This is not something that you can do often. At the max, you can do this one in 3 months.
- Do not charge your phone till it turns off due to low battery.
- Turn the phone on and let the phone turn off on its own again.
- Plug your phone to charger till your phone battery indicator shows 100% charge.
- Unplug charger, turn your phone on.
- Charge the phone again till the charge reaches 100%.
- Repeat this process till your phone shows 100% at boot.
- Let the phone battery drain and let the phone switch off.
- Charge your phone again till the battery reaches 100%. DO not use your phone till battery reaches 100% and do not unplug the charger.
