Titan Connected X – A full touch Smartwatch – Launched
Titan Company Limited one of India’s leaders in the watch industry strengthened its commitment towards Smartwatches today. They acquired HUG innovations, a Hyderabad based technology company. With the acquisition, 24 employees of HUG were hired into the Titan workforce. Raj Neravati, the founder of HUG Innovations has been appointed as the AVP and Head of Technology for Wearables, Titan Company Limited.
Titan also announced a new smartwatch, Titan Connected X. This is a successor to the already popular model Titan Connected smartwatch. The new Titan Connected X is a full touch smartwatch and it is expected to be priced at Rs 14995 in India. Titan Connected X will be available in 3 variants and will have all the high tech features demanded by the Millenials. The 1.2″ full-color touch screen has analog watch face, activity tracking, heart rate monitoring, find phone, camera control, sleep tracking, weather, calendar alerts and customizable watch faces, music and selfie control on the go. It will be available in stores from March 2020.
