Sony release Xperia C4 selfie smartphone that runs Android Lollipop

Here comes a new smartphone for selfie addicts and selfie lovers. Sony Xperia C4, the successor to the hit C3 smartphone comes with a 5mp front facing camera that has 25mm wide angle lens with SteadyShot technology. C4 comes with a 5.5” FullHD display and is powered by 64-bit Octa core processor. Xperia C4 will be available in Single SIM and Dual SIM in select markets from the beginning of June 2015.

Benefiting from Sony’s camera expertise, the 5MP front-facing camera with wide-angle lens lets you capture perfect selfies, while its quality display and performance features provide an all-round advanced smartphone experience.”

Sony has incorporated BRAVIA Engine 2 technology in the display panel and as a result, the colors look lively and accurate. The front facing camera has an Exmor R sensor while the 13mp rear camera can record videos in 1080p resolution. The Mediatek MT6752 chip has an octa core 1.7 GHz Cortex-A53 cpu and Mali-T760MP2 GPU. There is 2GB of RAM and 16GB of memory onboard which can be expanded using microSD card. 2600mAh battery can give 12 hours 47 minutes of talk time.
