Samsung announce Galaxy On5 and On7 budget Android phones in India
Samsung Galaxy On5 and On7 are two new budget Android smartphones from the Korean elecronics giant that come with an interesting feature. Both these smartphones compress outgoing data (to internet) so that at the end of the day, you use less of your precious 3G/4G data. Exclusively available on Flipkart, On5 is priced at Rs.8,990/- and On7 is priced at Rs. 10,990/-. Both the phones come with Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system pre-loaded. Samsung has also provided MixRadio so that users can get access to millions of songs for free.
Galaxy On5 comes with a 5″ 720p HD resolution display and is powered by Exynos 3475 chip that houses a 1.3GHz quad core CPU. There is 1.5GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage and users can expand the storage by up to 128GB using microSD card. Galaxy On5 has dual SIM card slots and support 4G LTE connectivity. There is a 2600mAh battery and given the specs, we can expect this phone to give full day battery life. Rear camera has an 8mp sensor while front facing camera has 5mp sensor. Galaxy On7 on the other hand comes with a 5.5″ 720p HD display and is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 chip (with 1.2GHz quad core CPU), has 1.5GB ofRAM, 8GB of onboard storage, microSD card slot (up to 128GB), 3000mAh battery, 13mp rear camera and 5mp front facing camera. Like On5, On7 supports 4G LTE connectivity.
