NVIDIA Parker SoC adds serious processing power to Autonomous Vehicles

NVIDIA Parker is the new mobile processor designed specifically for next generation autonomous vehicles. Parker processors are used in Nvidia’s Drive PX 2 platform and more than 80 car makers, tier 1 suppliers and university research centres use the Drive PX 2 platform to make autonomous vehicles. The Drive PX 2 system can deliver up to 24 trillion deep learning operations per second. In real world terms, you need 150 MacBook Pros to generate this much power and the PX 2 is as small as a lunch box.
