Nokia announces new Yahoo! powered chat application for Lumia devices
Nokia Beta Labs is at its best again and fresh from the stable is a brand new chat application. The new application, named ‘Nokia Chat’, currently in beta is exclusive to Nokia Lumia series of Windows Phone smartphones. Powered by Yahoo!, the new app will connect you to friends that use Lumia, Asha, S40, and Symbian devices, and those using Yahoo! Messenger. Currently, the application is available only for users in United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, India, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and Nigeria and works on Wi-Fi and on mobile data.
