Oppo continues to launch new devices with focus on key areas such as imaging. The newly announced Oppo F1 comes with a focus on photos, but the company is not revealing all details just yet.
CES 2016 is less than a day away now and companies are taking the plunge already by releasing “previews” of their upcoming launches. The Oppo F1 is the latest to join the fast growing list of new smartphones this CES.
The Chinese OEM has not revealed exactly why it is calling the F1 as photo focused, since the press release mentions little by way of the camera. Going by early reports though, here are the specs that everyone is expecting.
- Android 5.1 Lollipop with Oppo’s custom UI on top
- 5.5 inch HD display
- Octa core Snapdragon 616 processor
- 13 MP camera, LED flash, front facing 5 MP camera
- 2 GB RAM, 16 GB internal storage expandable with a microSD card
- Dual SIM, Wi-Fi b/g/n
- 3075 mAh battery
While we don’t really know anything more about the device yet, this is looking more like a lower mid-range device. It remains to be seen what Oppo has in store as far as imaging is concerned.
