Motorola Moto Xpress launched in India
Motorola is expanding its customer service support in India with the launch of Moto Xpress in a select few areas in the country. The company’s after-sales service needs a lot of work and Motorola seems to have realized just this.
Moto Xpress
Motorola’s new Moto Xpress is a pick and drop after-sales service. If you’re in one of the supported areas, Motorola will send a representative to your home and pick up the faulty device, get it serviced and deliver it back to your home. This instant home service is available only in a few areas at the moment as Motorola tests it out. At present, the service is available in Delhi, Noida and Gurgaon, with plans to expand it to other cities in the pipeline.
Note that Moto Xpress will not be a free service – to avail it, users will have to pay Rs. 199. This charge is not towards the actual servicing of the phone. You can book the service (if you live in one of the three areas mentioned above) by calling Motorola at 011-41717124.
