Oppo F3 released in India for 19,990/-
Oppo F3, after many teasers, is finally released in India. Priced at Rs.19,990/- the Oppo F3 will be available across the country (offline and online) from 13th fo May. The Oppo F3 comes with dual front facing cameras (16mp and 8mp) and a 13mp rear facing camera. The display is a 5.5″ FullHD display protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. MediaTek MT6750 chip powers the Oppo F3 and there is 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. Downside is that the chip is nowhere close to the chips like Snapdragon 625 and 65x chips that are used by competition. Moreover, the Oppo F3 runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow which is a two year old operating system. Coming back to optics, one of the front cameras captures normal images while the other camera has 120 degee wide angle lens. Rear sensor has f/2.0 aperture, 1.3″ sensor and phase detect auto focus.

Tarang Sanchar is a new Web portal launched by Telecom Department of India to help people to know the amount of radiation emitted by cell towers. Once you select a location and provide your email details, you will get to see the number of towers in your area, the type of tower (Ground based, root top, wall mounted etc) and whether the tower is compliant and certified by all telecom providers. If you want to get more detail, you can click on ‘additional information’ and you will receive an email that contains more detail like EMF exposure status, DoT prescribed EMF limit , latest certified EMF limit, name of operator, EMF certification date etc.
The Telecom Department on Tuesday launched a portal that will allow people to track radiation emitted from mobile towers within a locality and check their compliance with the stipulated norms.
