We add contacts to multiple accounts like Google account, Mi account, Microsoft account and when we all all these accounts, we end up with a lot of duplicate contacts. - Open phone aplication and tap on Contacts.
- Click on setting icon at top right corner, next to Contacts tab.
- Tap on settings.
- Scroll down and click on Merge duplicate contacts.
- Tap on Merge icon at the bottom to find and merge duplicate contacts.
- Once search is completed, you will see list of contacts that can be merged.
- Unselect mismatches and tap on Merge at the bottom of the page.
Doesn’t work, Redmi 8, there is no ‘merge duplicate contacts’ entry in settings
