Microsoft Kaizala is the Whatsapp alternative for businesses
Microsoft Kaizala is all set to make workplace less boring. Set to take on the likes of Cisco Jabber in workplace, the Kaizala, a mobile only product is designed for large group comunications and work management. Organizations can easily communite, collaboerate and complete tasks using Kaizala. Starting today, Microsoft Kaizala is available in India as a free download on iOS and Android phones. Microsoft Kaizala Pro is available to purchase standalone at a list price of INR 130 per user per month. Current Office 365 customers should contact their Microsoft representative for additional information. Both basic and pro variants integrate with Office 365.
Similar to Whatsapp and Telegram, you have to sign in using your mobile number. Once you login, you get to chat 1:1 or create and chat in groups. You can also subscribe to public groups, use Kaizala actions (announcement, checklist, assign jobs, meetups, photo sharing, quick polls and more). Even for personal use, this looks like a great application for workspace.

Microsoft Kaizala has seen significant adoption among Indian organizations such as YES Bank, Apollo Telemedicine, Republic TV, United Phosphorous Limited and Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, who are currently piloting the solution for their internal teams. In addition, the Government of Andhra Pradesh is one of the first government organizations to use Microsoft Kaizala for real time governance. More than 30 government departments and over 70,000 users in the State Government use Microsoft Kaizala for day-to-day work.
