Microsoft announces Surface trade-in offer at the launch of Surface 3

Microsoft is about to launch the new Surface 3 in a number of new markets and to celebrate this, the company announced today an exciting new offer for existing Surface users. The Redmond announced a trade-in offer for existing Surface users, giving them a discount towards the purchase of the new Surface 3.

Currently, the Microsoft Surface 3 is now on sale in Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and the United States. Also, all the different Surface 3 accessories – the Surface 3 Type Cover, Surface Pen, Surface 3 Docking Station and Surface 3 Screen Protector are now available. In a couple of days, Microsoft is expanding the Surface 3 to 16 new markets – Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

In celebration of this, existing Surface users in Canada, USA and Puerto Rico can trade in their Surface RT or Surface 2 and get up to $150 off towards a new Surface 3. Additionally, students and parents can avail the Microsoft Store education offer for up to 10% off on most of the products on the Microsoft Store, including the Surface 3.
