Micromax Canvas Nitro 4G E455 with 5-inch HD display, 2GB RAM launched for Rs. 10430
Like the Canvas Knight 2, and the Canvas Sliver 5, Micromax seems to be readying another 4G-capable smartphone, called the Canvas Nitro 4G E455. Micromax Canvas Nitro 4G E455, the latest smartphone in the Canvas Nitro series is now available from Indiatimes Shopping. It has a 5-inch IPS LCD display with HD resolution, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, a microSD card slot, and a 2,500 mAh battery. Image of the retail box posted by Mumbai-based retailer Mahesh Telecom says it’s a Snapdragon 400 processor, which is weird since Snapdragon 400 is actually a quad-core 32-bit processor. We will have to wait for the official launch to find out.
It is powered by Android 5.0, has a 13-megapixel primary camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. It has dual SIM support and 4G connectivity with support for both TD-LTE 2300MHz (Band 40) and FDD-LTE 1800MHz (Band 3) for India.

The Micromax Canvas Nitro 4G E455 will compete with the likes of Lenovo K3 Note, Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G, Motorola Moto G (3rd Gen), and the company’s own YU Yureka Plus. Going with the YU Yureka Plus or the Motorola Moto G (3rd gen) would be a better choice according to us.
