Micromax launches Canvas 6 and Canvas 6 Pro
Seeking to revamp itself, Micromax at the “Guts to Change” event unveiled a new logo and 19 devices that will be launched shortly. It launched its flagship Canvas 6 and Canvas 6 Pro in India. The 19 announced devices include smartphones, tablets, and LED TVs.
The Canvas 6 and Canvas 6 Pro are both priced at Rs 13,999. They come with similar specifications but there are some differences in hardware. The Canvas 6 comes with a metal unibody and fingerprint scanner. The Canvas 6 Pro lacks the fingerprint scanner and has a removable back panel with matte finish.

Micromax Canvas 6 is priced at Rs. 13,999. It features a 5.5-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixel) display with a pixel density of 401ppi. It is powered by a 2GHz Octa-Core Mediatek Helio X10 (MT6795m) processor PowerVR G6200 GPU. It comes with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage which can be further expanded via microSD. The device runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with Around UI on top.
The device sports a 13-megapixel primary camera with LED flash and PDAF along with a 8-megapixel front facing camera. Other features include 4G LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, Fingerprint sensor and FM Radio. It is powered by a 3000mAh battery

It comes with 4 GB RAM and only 16 GB of internal storage which can be expanded using microSD. The device runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with Around UI on top.
