Micromax Canvas Tab P681 Launched at Rs. 7,499
Micromax has unveiled its latest voice calling tablet, dubbed as the Canvas Tab P681. The device has been priced at Rs. 7,499 and will be sold exclusively by Flipkart.
The Canvas Tab P681 runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The device features an 8 inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. The display comes with a pixel density of ~189 ppi.
Commenting on the launch, Shubhajit Sen, Chief Marketing Officer, Micromax Informatics said, “We at Micromax have established ourselves as leaders in the tablet segment with our continued innovation to best fit users’ requirements. Thus with this new product Canvas Tab P681, we intend to further bolster our leadership position and bring the best immersive sound experience to give a full- fledged entertainment sojourn to our valued consumers.”
The Micromax Canvas Tab P681 is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT8321 clubbed with 1 GB RAM. The device comes with 16 GB of internal storage which can be further expanded up to 32 GB via microSD card.
The device features a 5 MP primary camera with an LED flash along with a 2 MP secondary camera. The device comes with single SIM support. The device does not support 4G.
The Micromax Canvas P681 Tab is powered by a 4,000 mAh battery. The device comes with connectivity options such as 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, and microUSB.
