Logitech K375s multi device wireless keyboard announced
Logitech K375s is a Bluetooth wireless keyboard that can connect to three devices (not at a time). Priced at Rs. 1995/-, the K37s keyboard with smartphone stand will be available in India starting today (26th Dec 2016). Users can pair up to three devices to this keyboard using Bluetooth and use dedicated keys to switch between devices.
I have been using an older version of the keyboard and you can find the review of the same here. The multi device wireless keyboard helps a lot as I can connect multiple devices and use one keyboard for all. The best part is that the the keyboard supports special keys like ‘win’ ‘Cmd’ ‘home’ keys that are needed by various operating systems. For those with computers that does not have Bluetooth connectivity, USB cable can be used to connect the keyboard to the computer but it is recommended to invest in a Bluetooth USB dongle. These things are pretty cheap and very helpful. You can also use Logitech’s Unifying receiver (wireless dongle) to connect the keyboard to PC.
The Logitech K375s comes with full size keyboard, with number pad and a separate smartphone dock. Earlier, the dock used to be part of the keyboard. While not having a tablet dock built-in negates the use of the keyboard, the smartphone dock is helpful. Removal of a dock also means that the keyboard will be lighter and easier to carry. The keyboard is now full size and this should make it more comfortable to type on. The K375s has a spill resistant design and 2 x AAA batteries can last up to 2 years. The Bluetooth range is up to 10 metres. When the keyboard is not in use, you can switch it off using On/Off switch.
