LG Signature OLED TV W is an absolute stunner. We used to wonder when we will see TV with clean back panel to create perfect wall mounting. Well, LG did it with style. The TV is so thin that it can be mounted on a wall using simple magnetic brackets. Coming in 65″ and 77″ sizes, the new W series shows where TVs are heading now. LG has setup stall at CES 2017 event where they are showcasing new innovations. LG calls the design ‘Picture on Wall’ as the new TVs make it look as if the video is floating on the wall. The 65″ model is just 2.57mm thick and when mounted on a wall, the TV sticks to wall without any gap.
LG Signature OLED TV W also happens to be the first TV in the world to offer Dolby Atmos support. The design of W series follows LG’s ‘less is more design language’. The TV comes with just enough features as the emphasis is on the beauty of the screen. Thanks to features like pixel dimming control tech, HDR tech, Dolby Atmos, the W series can be the next big thing in the world of television. Dolby Atmos enables state of the art sound reproduction with speakers across the room and on the ceiling to create super immersive entertainment system. With support for Atmos in W series, LG is offering the perfect living room entertainment system. As of now, over 100 hours of original content and more than 100 titles are available currently for Dolby Atmos.
LG Signature OLED TV W series runs webOS smart TV platform version 3.5. WebOS (first debuted on Palm smartphones0 offers fluid and lag free UI with great application catalogue.
