LG releases midrange Optimus F5 in France, more countries to follow
After successful rollout of Optimus L II series of smartphones globally, LG has initiated global rollout of Optimus F5 midrange smartphone. F series is family of droids from LG that come equipped with 4G LTE at an affordable cost. In short, LG Optimus F series puts LTE power in the hands of budget conscious buyers. First in line will be France (released on 29th of April) and in next few weeks, F5 will rollout to South and Central America, Asia and Commonwealth of Independent States. At launch, the phone will come with 4.1.2 version of Android with LG’s Optimus UI overlay.
