LG Unveils the 24UD58-B 24-inch Ultra HD Monitor

LG Electronics, South Korean Electronics manufacturer has unveiled the 24UD58-B, its entry-level 24-inch 4K Ultra HD monitor.

The monitor could be priced around the $300 mark. The monitor comes with an IPS panel that puts out 4K Ultra HD (3840 x 2160 pixels) at 60 Hz. It comes with 10-bit color support (1.07 billion colors) and active blue light reduction.

It has a 5 ms response time and 250 cd/m² maximum brightness. The viewing angles are quite good at 178°/178°. It comes with dynamic mega-contrast ratio.

On the input side of things, the monitor supports AMD FreeSync technology, HDMI 2.0, and DisplayPort 1.2a.
