Lenovo Launches A6600, A6600 Plus and A7700

Lenovo has launched three new devices with VoLTE support in India. This comes just a few days after Reliance Jio’s launch. The devices that have been launched are, A6600, A6600 Plus and A7700.

Lenovo A7700

Speaking on the announcement, Sudhin Mathur, Executive Director – Mobile Business Group, Lenovo India said, “The Lenovo A series is one of our star performers and last year, we sold a million plus units of A6000, A6000 Plus and A7000. Continuing the legacy, the A6600 and A7700 series offers brilliant performance with unparalleled user experience at a competitive price point.”

The Lenovo A6600 has been priced at Rs. 6,999 and the A7700 has been priced at Rs. 8,540. The company has not revealed the price for the A6600 Plus. The devices will be available in Matte White and Matte Black color options.

Lenovo A6600 and A6600 Plus

The Lenovo A6600 and A6600 Plus are similar and the only difference between them is that while the A6600 comes with 1 GB RAM, the A6600 Plus comes with 2 GB RAM.

Both the devices feature a 5 inch HD display (720×1280 pixels). They come with a pixel density of ~294 ppi.

They are powered by 1 GHz quad-core MediaTek 6735P processor. They come with 16 GB of internal storage that can be further expanded via microSD card.

They sport an 8 MP primary camera with autofocus with LED flash along with a 2 MP secondary camera. The handsets are powered by a 2,300 mAh battery.

Lenovo A7700

The Lenovo A7700 features a 5.5 inch HD display with 720 x 1280 pixel resolution. It comes with a pixel density of ~267 ppi.

The device runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The device is powered by a MediaTek 6735P processor 2 GB RAM. It comes with 16 GB of internal storage that can be expanded via microSD card.

The device features an 8 MP primary camera with LED flash and a 2 MP secondary camera for selfies. The device is powered by a 2,900 mAh battery.
