Lenovo launch P70 and A5000 Android phones in India, sold at Lenovo online and retail stores

Lenovo’s new P70 and A5000 android smartphones are now launched in India, targeting users who look for long battery life on their smartphones. P70 is powered by 1.7GHz octa core processor, has 2GB RAM and a 5” 720p resolution display. Lenovo A5000 on the other hand is powered by 1.3GHz Quad Core CPU, has 1GB of RAM and has 5” 720p resolution display. Both the smartphones will be sold at all Lenovo Retail stores and at Lenovo’s thedostore. Lenovo A5000 is priced at Rs.9,999/- while P70 will cost Rs.15,999/-. First 200 buyers of P70 will get a 32GB microSD card for free. P70 also comes with built-in LTE 4G support. Both the phones come with huge 4000mAh battery that lasts long, really long!

Both these phones come with a huge 4000mAh battery (that is usually used for phablets). This gives 35 hour 2G talktime and 17 hours of 3G talktime for A5000 and upto 46 hours of 2G and 4 hours of 4G talktime for P70. Both the phones are compatible with QuickCharge where 15 minutes of charging gives 4 hours of battery life. P70 and A5000 can charge other devices through USB On-The-Go.
