Leica M-P Titanium limited edition camera announced
Leica M-P Titanium is a limited edition camera that will be available from the month of October at select Leica Stores and Boutiques. This special edition M-P camera has titanium top deck, baseplate and control elements. The special edition comes with classic Leica script engraved on top plate and a serial number on the accessory shoe that shows the position of the particular unit in the series. There will only be 333 units sold.
There is no difference in optical performance when compared to the M-P standard variant. The Leica M-P Titanium will be slightly lighter. Thanks to titanium elements, special edition will be robust and more resilient.
The Leica M-P ‘TITANIUM’ Set consists of a Leica M-P digital camera (Typ 240) and two lenses – a Leica Summicron-M 28 mm f/2 ASPH. and a Leica APO-Summicron-M 50 mm f/2 ASPH. Even the lenses have titanium anodized finish to match the camera’s aesthetics. Like the camera, both the lens come with special serial number.
