Lava launches X17, X50 in India
Lava has unveiled two new budget smartphones for India, dubbed as Lava X17 and Lava X50. Both the devices have been listed on the company’s website. The X17 has been priced at Rs. 6,899 and the X50 has been priced at Rs. 8,699.
The Lava X17 runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The device features a 5 inch HD ( 720 x 1280 pixels) IPS display. The device comes with dual SIM support.
The Lava X17 is powered by a quad-core 1.3GHz processor paired with 1 GB of RAM. The Lava X17 features 8 GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 32 GB via microSD card.
Coming to the camera department, the Lava X17 sports an 8 MP rear autofocus camera with LED flash along with a 5 MP front camera with LED flash.
It is powered by a 2350mAh battery. Connectivity options on the device include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro-USB 2.0, GPS and a 3.5 mm audio jack.
The Lava X50 ships with Android 5.1.1 Lollipop. The company has said that the device will receive Android 6.0 Marshmallow upgrade. The device features a 5.5 inch HD ( 720 x 1280 pixels) IPS display.
The Lava X50 is powered by quad-core 1.3GHz processor clubbed with 2 GB of RAM. The device comes with 8 GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 32 GB via microSD card.
The Lava X50 features an 8 MP primary camera with LED flash. On the front, it comes with a 5 MP selfie camera with an LED flash. The Lava X50 is powered by a 2800mAh battery. Connectivity options on the device include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro-USB 2.0, GPS and a 3.5 mm audio jack.
