Intex Aqua Ring launched at Rs. 4,999
Continuing its device launches in India, Intex has launched another budget smartphone, the Aqua Ring in India. The device has been priced at Rs. 4,999. The device will be sold exclusively by Amazon India.
The device runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow out-of-the-box. The device features a 5 inch HD ( 720 x 1280 pixels) display. The display comes with a pixel densirt of ~294 ppi. It comes with Asahi Dragon trail Glass protection.
The Intex Aqua Ring is powered by a quad-core 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6580A processor clubbed with Mali 400 MP2 GPU. It comes with 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 32 GB via microSD card.
Coming to the camera department, the device features a 5 MP primary camera with autofocus and dual-LED flash. The device also features a 5 MP on the front for selfies.
The Intex Aqua Ring is powered by a 2450mAh battery. Connectivity options on the device include 3G, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, and GPS.
Keeping consumer’s safety in mind, Intex has introduced an Emergency Rescue Mode. Users can use this by pressing the volume key for more than three seconds. This will send your pre-registered emergency contact a message along with your location.
