Huawei announced its latest smartphone, the P8 Lite (2017). Hitting European markets in the near future, the Huawei P8 Lite (2017) comes with a 5.2″ full HD display and a mid-range Kirin 655 SoC. Kirin line of SoCs are made in-house by Huawei.

The Huawei P8 Lite (2017) comes with a 5.2 inch full HD IPS LCD display, which is 1920 x 1080 pixels resulting in a pixel density of ~424 PPI. The phone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat, which is a pleasant surprise. It comes with Huawei’s custom UI on top.
In terms of processor, the P8 Lite (2017) comes with HiSilicon Kirin 655 SoC, featuring an octa-core processor and Mali T830MP2 GPU. The phone comes with 3 GB RAM and 16 GB internal storage, expandable with a microSD card.
Coming to imaging, you get a 12 MP camera on the back. Assisting the rear camera is an LED flash. The rear camera comes with an f/2.0 aperture. On the front, you get an 8 MP camera for selfies and video calling.
Connectivity options include dual SIM, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS and FM Radio. The Huawei P8 Lite (2017) is powered by a 3000 mAh battery.
Pricing And Availability
The Huawei P8 Lite (2017) will be made available in European markets at the end of this month for €239. Wider availability details are not known at this moment.
