Huawei Mate 10 and Mate 10 Pro come with dedicated Neural Network Processor

If there is one phone that can take the fight back to Samsung in Android flagship device battle, its gotta be the Huawei Mate 10 Pro. Powered by the new Kirin 970 chipset that has world’s first AI processor with dedicated Neural Processing Unit, the Huasei Mate 10 Pro comes with a 6″ FullView18:9 display with minimal bezels on top and bottom. Huawei Mate 10, on the other hand comes with a more conventional 16:9 aspect ratio 6″ display. As expected, the camera tech is from Leica (SUMMILUX-H lenses). The new HUAWEI Mate 10 will be available starting in late October in more than 15 countries and regions including Spain, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Singapore and Australia. The HUAWEI Mate 10 Pro will be available beginning in mid-November in more than two dozen countries, including Germany, France, Italy, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand. The PORSCHE DESIGN HUAWEI Mate 10 will also be available starting in mid-November. Also, there is a stunning PORSCHE DESIGN HUAWEI Mate 10 that will be available in limited numbers.

The dual tone rear panel looks absolutely stunning (atleast in photos). The Leica branding on the camera is the new ‘Thing’ in smartphone industry. The barely there front bezels and the amazing color choices would mean that Huawei has a massive winning combination in Huawei Mate 10 Pro and Huawei Mate 10. Huawei’s chipsets are known to be energy efficient yet powerful. The Kirin 970 in Huawei Mate 10 series comes with dual ISPs, octa core CPU, Mali-G72 12 core GPU and a neural processor. When compared to chips with four core Cortex A73 CPUs, the Kirin 970 delivers 25x performance and 50x better efficiency. Coming to camera, Huawei has partnered with Leica again and the lens setup is similar to the past devices. One lens takes color photos and the other takes monochrome (black n white) photos.
