Huawei Band A1 is the new budget band from China
Huawei Band A1 is a new fitness band (competing with the Xiaomi Mi Band), released in China with a price tag of CNY99 for silicone material band and CNY199 for band with leather strap. The bands will be on sale from 25th of May and we hope that all eight color variants will be available for sale.
The Huawei Band A1 can track workout time, distance walked/ran, number of steps taken, calories burnt and even has a sleep tracking function built in. The Band A1 also comes with a UV sensor that can report the radiation levels around the band. Funny thing is that the band will recommend a suitable sunscreen.
Unlike the Xiaomi Mi Band, the Honor Band A1 comes with single LED light that notifies users calls, messages etc). The Band A1 can connect to Android or iOS device using Bluetooth and a single charge will keep it on for almost a month. Users can charge the Huawei Band A1 using the microUSB port. The Band A1 is IP57 certified which means that you can dip it in water (up to 1 meter for 30 minutes).
