Upgraded HTC Desire 828 Dual SIM launched in India at Rs. 19,990
Taiwanese smartphone maker HTC has officially launched the upgraded HTC Desire 828 smartphone in India. The device has been priced at Rs. 19,990 and comes with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB storage compared to earlier version of 2 GB RAM and 16 GB of storage. This version will come in Dark Gray and Pearl White colors.
Other features of the device remain same as the previous device. The device features a 5.5 inch full HD (1080×1920 pixels) IPS display. The device is powered by a 1.5 GHz Octa Core MediaTek MT6753 Processor coupled with 3 GB of RAM. It has Mali T-760 GPU for graphics. The device comes with 32 GB of inbuilt storage, which is expandable to 2 TB via microSD card.
The HTC Desire 828 sports a 13 Megapixel BSI Sensor primary camera with with f/2.0 aperture, LED flash,optical image stabilisation, auto focus, BSI sensor. For selfies, it has a 4 Ultrapixel front camera with fixed focus, BSI sensor and HTC UltraSelfie feature. Both the cameras can capture 1080p videos.
The HTC Desire 828 is a Dual-SIM device and comes with two Nano-SIM cards. It runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop with HTC Sense 7 skinned on top. The device is powered by a 2,800mAh battery. The device comes with HTC BoomSound front facing speakers with Dolby Audio to provide an immersive experience.
Connectivity options on the device include 4G LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, Bluetooth, Micro-USB and FM radio. The device will soon be available at major retailers in the country.
