Honor 7X released in China
Honor 7X is the new midrange smartphone from Huawei’s subsidiary, released in China earlier this week. The phone comes with 18:9 aspect ratio display and minimal bezels (similar to Galaxy S8 and LG G6). Honor 7X is priced at Y1300 for 32GB variant, Y1700 for 64GB variant and Y2000 for 128GB variant. Given that the Honor X series sells very well in India, we expect the phone to release in India in near future.
It is certainly raining smartphones with tiny bezels and Honor 7X is one such phone. Powered by Huawei’s own Kirin 659 processor, the 7X comes with Android 7.0 (EMUI 5.1 overlay UI) pre-loaded. The display is a 5.93″ display with 1080 x 2160 pixel resolution (18:9 aspect ratio). There is 4GB of RAM onboard and users can opt among 32GB,64GB and 128GB storage options. There is a 16mp and 2mp rear dual camera combination and the front camera has an 8mp sensor. Other specifications include Dual SIM card slots, 3340mAh battery, microSD memory expansion, rear fingerprint sensor.
