Gionee Marathon M4 with 5000 mAh Battery Launched In India For INR 15,499
Gionee Marathon M4 has been launched in India, featuring a monster battery of 5000 mAh. This new smartphone from Gionee comes at a price of INR 15,499. The phone comes with a monster battery and a supports 4G LTE.
The Gionee Marathon M4 comes with a 5 inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, a 1.3 GHz quad core processor and comes with Android 5.0 Lollipop out of the box. Gionee has customized the OS with its skin Amigo 3.0 UI.
Speaking at the launch, Mr. Timir Baran Acharyya, GM, Gionee India said

Other than the 5.0 HD display and Android 5.0 Lollipop, the Gionee Marathon M4 comes with an 8 MP camera on the back aided by an LED flash, a front facing 5 MP camera. There is 2 GB RAM and 16 GB internal storage, expandable with a microSD card. Dual SIM 4G LTE support, with an option to use both the SIMs in 4G LTE mode is also present. The 5000 mAh battery is ranked to last 50 hours of talktime and 440 hours of standby time. Gionee has priced the Marathon M4 at a price of INR 15,499 and it will be available at major retailers across the country.
