With more than a million downloads, Ginger is one of the most downloaded 3rd party keyboard applciations for Android. This week, Ginger has announced “Entertain” feature for the keyboard that allows users to play games, read latest headlines without opening another application. In short, you can play games and check news while you are using messaging applications. At launch, Entertain will feature retro games like Squash, snake and games like 2048. The application is available on Google’s Play store and is free to download.
“‘Entertain’ demonstrates Ginger’s mission to offer a more productive mobile experience,” said Maoz Shacht, CEO of Ginger. “With users spending increasing amounts of time messaging, Entertain offers them the opportunity to leverage lost “idle” time, enhancing the mobile messaging experience.”
