Here is a simple guide for Oppo and Realme phone owners running ColorOS 6. This guide helps you setup or disable automatic updates for your phone.
Before running an update, make sure that your phone
- has atleast 40% of battery charge left.
- is not in use while the update is happening and do not try to power off.
How to update #
- Go to [Settings] application and scroll to the bottom.
- Tap on [Software Updates].
- If there is any update available, you will see that here.
- If not, you will see message that you are already on latest version available for your phone.
- To disable or enable nightly auto update, tap on settings icon in top right corner.
