Dell Unveils 43-inch 4K Monitor
Dell has announced the release of its Dell 43 Multi-Client Monitor (P4317Q). It can run up to four separate desktops, each at 1080p.
The P4317Q is a 43-inch (108 cm) display with a screen resolution of 3840 x 2160 @ 60Hz with a contrast ratio of 1,000:1, brightness of 350cd/m2, a response time of 8ms, two 8-watt speakers and a USB 3.0 hub with four ports.
While the entire monitor has a resolution of 3840 x 2160. The display comes with Dell’s Enhanced Display Manager software using which you can split the monitor into four a bezel-less quad 1920 x 1080 displays side-by-side. Connectivity options include HDMI 1.4, DisplayPort 1.2, mini DisplayPort 1.2, and VGA.

The display is aimed at financial institutions, trading floors and software developers. It is priced at $1,350 and can be purchased right now. Obviously it is not cheap and is aimed at high-end users. It comes with a 3-year Advanced Exchange Service, 3-year Limited Hardware Warranty, and a Premium Panel Guarantee.
