Dell announce new Venue 8 Pro and Venue 10 Pro 5000 series tablets

Dell has announced new Venue 8 Pro and Venue 10 Pro 5000 tablet series, running Windows 10 running tablets. The 8” tablet can be opted to have 1280×800 pixel resolution display or 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution display. Both the tablets are powered by Intel Atom quad core chip and have LTE and optional NFC connectivity. Venue 8 Pro comes with a base price with $299 and Venue 10 Pro comes with a starting price of $429.

Both the tablets come with support for keyboard dock, 4GB of RAM, support for active stylus, 2×2 Wi-Fi, USB Type-C port, microHDMI port, microSD card slot. Given that the tablets run Windows 10 OS, there is built-in support for Cortana digial assistant.
