D-Link announce DAP-3662 access point that is water and dust proof
D-Link DAP-3662 is a new wireless AC1200 concurrent dual band access point with PoE functionality. The best part of this AP is that it is weather resistant and has IP67-rated weather resistant features. This means that you can setup this ‘outdoor’ AP and not worry about it getting wet or dusty. DAP-3662 is available in the market now and costs $489.99.
The DAP-3662 supports wide range of security and authentication features, supports Access Point, Wireless Distribution System (WDS) with Access Point, WDS/Bridge, or Wireless Client operation modes. DAP-3662 has built-in support for authentication and billing options, is manageable via HTTP/SSL, SSH and Telnet. D-Link Central Wi-Fi manager can also be used for those who look for better and advanced features.

DAP-3662 supports the newer 802.11ac Wi-Fi standard (300Mbps on 2.4GHz max, 867Mbps on 5GHz band), has two 10/100/1000 ethernet ports, can be powered on using PoE.
