Razer™, the leading global lifestyle brand for gamers, announced Project Hazel, world’s smartest and social friendly face mask, at CES 2021. The new Project Hazel mask comes with transparent area around the mouth and nose area so that your facial expressions are not hidden when you put the mask on.
“Razer acknowledges the uncertainty in the road ahead, and so it was our duty to help protect our community members and prepare them from invisible threats,” said Min-Liang Tan, co-founder and CEO of Razer. “The Project Hazel smart mask concept is intended to be functional, yet comfortable and useful for interacting with the world, while maintaining a sociable aesthetic.”
Razer’s Project Hazel smart mask comes with N95 medical grade respirator protection that can be detached. The respirator comes with rechargeable active ventilators and Smart Pods that regulate airflow for optimum breathing. The high bacterial filtration efficiency Smart Pods filter 95% of airborne particles (including Covid 19 virus).
The best part of Razer’s mask is the new Razer VoiceAmp technology that has a built-in microphone and amplifier to enhance speech for better communication. The Project Hazel comes with dual purpose wireless fast charging box that has built-in UV-light disinfectant. The disc-type ventilators can be kept inside the box to fully recharge after all-day use. Lighting indicators show charge levels, and long-lasting battery life from a full charge easily enables all-day mask use. The waterproof, scratch-resistant mask is as tough as it is sustainable—made of recyclable plastic to greatly minimize the waste created by disposable masks.
It cannot be a Razer product if it doesn’t come with Chrome RGB lighting. This mask too comes with two customisable Razer Chroma RGB lighting zones with 16.8 million colours and a suite of dynamic lighting effects.
