Acer Nitro 5, Powered by 11th Gen Intel Core H35-series processors and NVIDIA GeForce GTX GPUs is revealed at CES 2021. The new gaming notebook will come in 15″ and 17″display variants. Both will be available in EMEA in March 2021, with a starting price of $750. You can also opt for AMD Ryzen 9 5900 HX CPU

The Acer Nitro 5, powered by 11th Gen Intel Core H35-series processors or AMD Ryzen 9 5900 HX CPU and NVIDIA GeForce GTX GPUs (up to RTX3080), supports up to 32GB of RAM. The display (15″ or 17″ comes with 3ms response time and has 144Hz refresh rate. You can opt for FullHD 360Hz refresh rate panel or for 1440p 144Hz panel. There is no G-SYNC or FreeSync support though. The display has maximum brightness of 300nits which could be a bit low if you want to game in bright environment. Thanks to thin bezels, Acer was able to reach 80% screen to body ratio for the Nitro 5.
Coming to ports, the Acer Nitro 5 comes with USB Type-C, Type-A, HDMI ports. Other specs include Wi-Fi 6, 4-zone RGB lighting for full size keyboard, NitroSense application to monitor temperature and adjust fan speeds.
