[CES 2015] HP announce Pavilion Mini and Stream Mini PCs

Well, this is a surprise but a very very welcome addition to HP desktop lineup. HP has announced new Pavilion Mini and Stream Mini Desktop PCs that offer great performance in a tiny package, taking the fight to Chromebox mini desktops. HP Stream is just 2” tall and provides full fledged desktop features. HP Pavilion Mini on the other hand is another tiny PC that is powered by Pentium processor, providing bit more power to those whose focus on productivity. Both the products will one year limited warranty and 90 day complimentary free technical software support. HP Stream Mini costs just $180 and HP Pavilion Mini costs just above $300.

“The desktop tower PC continues to be a focal point in the home for sharing, creating, and entertaining,” said Mike Nash, vice president, product management, Consumer Personal Systems, HP. “The HP Pavilion and HP Stream Mini Desktops deliver the benefits of a traditional desktop PC in a package that looks good sitting on a desk and is small enough to fit into an entertainment center.”
