[CES 2015] BeoSound Moment is gorgeous new $2795 tablet from Bang & Olufsen
BeoSound Moment is one of the best looking gadgets that we have seen. Bang & Olufsen has announced and demoed this gorgeous looking gadget at CES 2015 event. Moment is an innovative media playback device that learns and adapts to listening patterns and suggests music or radio programmes that fit the moment. The top of Moment can be detached and used as navigation device. One side has aluminum interface with a touch screen interface while the other side is made of wood that is also touch sensitive. The oak wood not only looks absolutely beautiful, users can use gestures to have favourite music played from speakers using the wooden wheel. BeoSound Moment will be avilable at B&O stores starting 30th of January with a price tag of $2795 which includes Deezer Premium+ service for a year.
Deezer subscription streaming music service gives users access to 35 million tracks and this will give Moment playlist for every mood and for every moment. Named PatternPlay, the mood based playback can be activated with one touch on the oak panel. MoodWheel is another innovative feature using which users can pick the type of songs they want to hear. One touch on multi-colored MoodWheel activates playlist generated. The closer the finger is to the center of the wheel, the familiar the music will be. Tap at the center and only the tracks that are marked as favourites will be played.
