BlackBerry Priv official images revealed, showcase the beautiful slider
BlackBerry was this close to launching its first Android smartphone last week, but the Canadian company resisted the urge. Instead, we now have a couple of official images of the BlackBerry Priv.
BlackBerry’s CEO John Chen has gone so far as to actually demo the Priv live, but nothing beats official images. Showcasing the beautiful black slider with a very pleasing speaker grill on the bottom, BlackBerry is bringing its much touted Qwerty keyboard to the Android crowd, pleasing a lot of ex-BlackBerry fans who have likely switched over to Android.
The BlackBerry Priv keyboard will come fitted with an array of capacitive sensors, allowing you to glide your fingers over the keyboard to jut out lines upon lines of text. This will also help you keep the screen clean and actually enjoy it instead of blocking content with your fingers – as an ex-Nokia E-series user, I miss this the most after switching to full touchscreen phones.
