Asus Zenfone 2 coming to India on April 13 with an Intel Atom chipset
Asus is bringing the much anticipated Zenfone 2 smartphone to India. Powered by Intel’s powerful new Atom Z series chipset, the Zenfone 2 brings oodles of RAM at a really affordable price. Starting at $200 and coming up to $280, the new Zenfone 2 will come in multiple storage options and configurations.
The Zenfone 2 was announced back at the CES earlier this year, raising a lot of eyebrows for offering a phone with great specs and a powerful processor for a price starting at $200 and the lowest point and ending at $280 for the high end version.
The Zenfone 2 ZE551ML’s costliest version costing $280, comes with a 5.5 inch full HD IPS LCD display. There is a quad core 2.3 GHz Intel Atom Z3580 processor. There will be 4 GB of RAM and 16 and 32 GB internal storage options in India. If that is not enough, you can expand it with a microSD card. Asus has included a 13 MP camera on the back and a 5 MP camera on the front, with a 3000 mAh battery. Thankfully, the Zenfone 2 will come with Android 5.0 Lollipop out of the box.
