Asus launches Zenfone Go TV
Asus has launched another device to its Zenfone series, the Asus Zenfone Go TV. It is currently available Taiwan priced at around $170.
The device comes with the usual features, but on special feature has been included, an integrated TV tuner in the form of a Sony SMT-EW100 dogota. This allows users to receive and watch local over-the-air TV channels.
The TV tuner is capable of picking up DB-T, DB-T2, ISDB-T, and ISDB-tmm signals. The smartphone supports the DTV channels available in 41 countries. The following flags represent the countries where the Go TV will work.
Coming to other specs, the Asus Zenfone Go TV features a 5.5 inch IPS display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is powered by a 1.4GHz Qual Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor with Adreno 305 clubbed with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 64 GB via microSD card.
The device runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop. It sports a 13-megapixel primary camera with dual-color Real Tone flash. It comes with a 5-megapixel secondary camera for selfies.
The device is powered by a 3010mAh battery. Connectivity options on the device include 4G LTE, 3G, WLAN 802.11 b/g/n, USB 2.0, Bluetooth V4.0+EDR +A2DP and GPS.
