Acer teases a new notebook formfactor, looks like a notebook turns into all-in-one desktop
If you are not a big fan of these convertible tablets, then this is one form factor that might interest you. As part of their promotion of the movie ‘Star Trek: Into Darkness’, Acer has released a teaser video of a new kind of notebook form factor. From the video, it looks like you can slide the display panel up for few inches turning it into a desktop (or more like an all-in-one desktop). Acer is also promoting their Windows 8 hardware.
