Acer launches Liquid Zest Plus smartphone
Acer at its New York event unveiled new devices including the Liquid Zest Plus. The device is the improved version of the Acer Liquid Zest announced earlier.
The Acer Liquid Zest Plus features a 5.5-inch (720×1280 pixels) display and is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek (MT6735) processor clubbed with 2 GB of RAM. The device runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and comes with 16 GB of inbuilt storage.
On the back, the device sports a 13-megapixel camera with LED flash. The device comes with a new feature called as “tri-focus”. What this means is that the device combines laser, contrast and phase detection autofocus for better results.
The biggest selling point of the device is its huge 5,000mAh battery. Due to its size, Acer managed to fit such a huge battery in the device. The device is expected to be priced around $250. More details about the device will be revealed soon.
