Acer Iconia Tab 10 comes with a 10 inch WUXGA screen and Android 4.4 KitKat
Acer launched a successor to the Iconia Tab 3 today in the form of Iconia Tab 10. The new 10 incher comes with a high resolution display for a throwaway price of $250.
Acer announced two versions of the Iconia Tab 10. The higher end version is the one that costs $250 and comes with a 10.1 inch display laminated to the glass. At a resolution of 1920×1200 pixels, the Iconia Tab 10’s pixel density comes in at ~224 PPI, which is impressive for the price being asked. There is a quad core MediaTek MT8217 processor under the hood to keep things going smooth. There is 2 GB RAM and 32 GB of internal storage, alongside a 2 MP camera on the front. The $250 version comes with a 5910 mAh battery.
The cheaper $200 version comes with a 10.1 inch 1280×800 resolution and has half the RAM and internal storage as the $250 version. The processor is clocked at a lower frequency and the battery is of 5700 mAh capacity. Both the tablets come with Dolby audio.
