$80 mobile app prototyping software goes free after Google acquisition
Google’s been buying a few interesting companies of late, and the latest in the list is RelativeWave, the makers of a Mac app used for mobile apps prototyping. What am I talking about? Put simply, Form eases the process of creating and designing apps, only requiring you to have the device you want to run your app on, connected to it.
Excerpt from the acquisition announcement –
I’m very excited to announce that the RelativeWave team is joining Google to continue the development of Form!
I speak for the team when I say that we’re incredibly humbled by what the community has created with Form. We’ve seen people create designs that we could have never imagined. It’s one of the best feelings in the world to see people using your work.
This is not just a talent acqui-hire by Google, if we go by the announcement made by RelativeWave – the Form app will continue to be developed, and they’re hinting at foraying into other platforms.
If you’ve paid for Form already, you can mail RelativeWave for a refund.
