Artificial Intelligence as we call it, has a whole bunch of applications. Artificial Intelligence in the enterprise world can help companies as well as customers in many ways. One such application is a Chatbots. I first heard about chatbot a decade ago and as a teenage kid, I was so excited to talk a machine and realize that it can actually understand me and interact with me. Well, 10 years later the scenario has not changed. I am still excited whenever a bot answers my queries and makes my life easy. But Chatbots are not as simple as they seem from the outside.
